Padi sawah adalah salah satu komoditas yang di budidayakan di desa wisata pulau sapi, kecamatan mentarang kabupaten malinau. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) untuk mengetahui perbandingan biaya tetap dengan biaya variabel pada usahatani padi sawah di desa wisata pulau sapi, (2) untuk menghitung pendapatan usahatani padi sawah di desa wisata pulau sapi (3) untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor luas lahan, jumlah tenaga kerja dan total biaya berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan usahatani padi sawah. analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kuantitatif, analisis perbandingan biaya tetap dan biaya variabel, analisis pendapatan petani dan analisis regresi linier berganda. hasil penelitian ini adalah menunjukan bahwa nilai perbandingan vc/tc: 82% dan fc/tc: 18% pendapatan petani sebesar rp. 3.055.017/musim tanam. adjusted r square sebesar .831, jumlah tenaga kerja, luas lahan dan total biaya mempengaruhi variable pendapatan sebesar 82,1%. persamaan regresi yang dihasilkan adalah y = 5.390 + 0.525x1 + 0.999x2 - 0.66x3. uji f (simultan) sebesar 81.049 dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,000. secara bersama-sama variabel bebas jumlah tenaga kerja (x1), luas lahan (x2), total biaya (x2), berpengaruh signifikan ( sig < 0,005) terhadap variable terikat pendapatan (y). uji t (parsial), jumlah tenaga kerja terhadap pendapatan, t hitung > t tabel (3.939 > 1.678) sig 0.000 (0.000 < 0.05). luas lahan terhadap pendapatan, t hitung > t tabel (14.562 > 1678) sig 0.00 (0.00 < 0.05), total biaya t tabel < t hitung (1,678 < 1.843) sig (0.072 > 0,05). kata kunci: pendapatan usahatani, regresi linier berganda

Paddy in the rice field is one of the cultivation commodities in the pulau sapi tourism village, mentarang district, malinau regency. this study aimed to: (1) to determine the comparison of fixed costs with variable costs in a rice field in the farming sector in pulau sapi tourism village, (2) to calculate the income of rice fields in the farming sector in pulau sapi tourism village (3) to determine the factors of land area, the number of workers and the total cost affect the income of the farm. in this study, the data analysis used quantitative analysis, comparative analysis of fixed cost and variable costs, farmer income analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis. the results of this study indicated that the comparative value of vc/tc; was 82% and fc/tc: was 18%. the income of the farmers is rp. 3,055.017/planting season. adjusted r square of 831, the number of workers, land area, and total costs affect the income variable by 82.1%. the resulting regression equation is y 5.390+ 0.525x1+ 0.999x2-0.66x3. the f test (simultaneous) is 81,049 with a significance level of 0.000. collectively, the independent variables of the number of workers (x1), land area (x2), and total cost (x3) have a significant effect (sig< 0.005) on the dependent variable of income (y). t-test (partial), the number of workers on income, t count > t table (3.939 1.678) sig 0.000 (0.000 0.05). land area to income, t count > t table (14,562 1678) sig 0.00 (0.00
