Penelitian ini berfokus pada, bagaimana peranan unit pelaksana teknis daerah perlindungan perempuan dan anak (uptd ppa) dalam memberikan perlindungan hak-hak anak korban kekerasan seksual dan penelitian ini membahas perlindungan yang diberikan oleh unit pelaksana teknis daerah perlindungan perempuan dan anak korban kekerasan seksual. metode penelitian ini bersifat empiris dengan lokasi penelitian bertempat di unit pelaksana teknis daerah perlindungan perempuan dan anak (uptd ppa) provinsi kalimantan utara. pembahasan singkat pertama peranan perlindungan uptd ppa berdasarkan peraturan gubernur no. 1 tahun 2019, memberikan pelayanan pengaduan, layanan pedampingan hukum, layanan pedampingan psikolog, layanan pedampingan rohani, perlindungan khusus, dan layanan mediasi terkait kasus perempuan dan anak dari ancaman bahaya. yang di dalam pelaksanaan nya mengikuti sop unit pelaksana teknis daerah perlindungan perempuan dan anak. kedua bentuk perlindungan dengan tertuang dalam pasal 1 ayat 2 undang-undang nomor 23 tahun 2002. kesimpulan peran uptd ppa provinsi kalimantan utara dalam pelaksanaan pedampingan hukum terhadap anak sebagai korban kekerasan seksual tertuang dalam peraturan gubernur no. 1 tahun 2019 belum terlaksana sepenuhnya. adapun bentuk perlindungan yang di berikan uptd ppa kepada anak korban kekerasan seksual belum maksimal dikarenakan beberapa hambatan seperti belum adanya uptd ppa di kab/kota, keterbatasan sumberdaya manusia yang kompeten, kasih tidak lanjut, psikolog dan mediator tidak tetap, anggaran yang terbatas kata kunci : peranan uptd ppa, kerasan seksual, anak

The present research focused on the role of the regional tehnical implementation unit of woman and children protection (uptd ppa) in providing protection for the rights of children victims of sexual violence. this research discussed the protection provided by the regional technical implementation unit of woman and children protection towards the children victims of sexual violence. the research method was empirical with the research location in the regional technical implementation unit of woman and children protection of north kalimantan province. the first brief discussion of the role of protection of the uptd ppa was based on governor regulation no 1 of 2019, providing complaint service, legal assistance service, psychologist assistance services, spiritual assistance services, special protection, and mediation services relating to the cases of woman and children from the threat of danger in which in its implementation follows the sop of the regional technical implementation unit of woman and children protection. second, the form of protection was based on article 1 paraghraph 2 of law number 23 of 2002. the conclusion of the role of the uptd ppa of north kalimantan province in the implementation of legal assistance to children as victims of sexual violence as stated in governor regulation no 1 of 2019 had not been fully implemented. the form of protection provided by the uptd ppa to children victims of sexual violence and not been maximized due to several obstacles such as the absence of the uptd ppa in regencies/cities, limited competent human resources, unattended love/affection, non-permanent psychologist and mediators, and limited budget. keywords:the role of uptd ppa, sexual violence, children
