
Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran IPA Menggunakan Augmented Reality Berbasis Android Pada Siswa Kelas III Di SDN 015 Tarakan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran ipa menggunakan teknologi augmented reality (ar) berbasis android untuk siswa kelas iii sdn 015 tarakan kelas iii di tarakan dan untuk mengetahui karakteristik media pembelajaran ipa menggunakan teknologi augmented reality (ar) berbasis android. jenis penelitian ini adalah reseach and development (r&d) dengan mengacu pada model pengembangan sutopo (2003). pelaksanaan penelitian terdapat lima tahap yaitu : 1) concept, (konsep), 2) design (perancangan), 3) material collecting (pengumpulan bahan), 4) assembly (pembuatan), 5) testing (pengujian). media ini akan divalidasi oleh 3 orang validator yaitu validator ahli media, validator ahli materi dan ahli praktisi. uji coba produk untuk mengetahui respon siswa dilakukan di sdn 015 tarakan pada kelas iii sebanyak 28 siswa. hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik media augmented reality (ar) berbasis android berupa aplikasi android berformat . media berisi teks materi dan gambar objek tiga dimensi yang terintegrasi antara dunia virtual dengan dunia nyata secara bersamaan. dibuat secara manual dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak (software) vuforia, unity 3d engine, blender, adobe photoshop cs6 64bit., android sdk. hasil validasi ahli media sebesar 90,6%, dengan kategori sangat layak, ahli materi sebesar 96% dengan kategori sangat layak, hasil angket ahli praktisi (guru ipa) sebesar 93.06% dengan kategori sangat layak dan hasil angket respon siswa sebesar 92,6% dengan katagori sangat baik. berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran ipa menggunakan augmented reality (ar) berbasis android untuk siswa sdn 015 tarakan kelas iii sangat layak untuk digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran di sekolah. kata kunci: media pembelajaran, augmented reality, android, hewan, reseach and development (r&d)

The objective of this research were to develop learning media of sains subject by using augmented reality (ar) based on android system in the classroom studendts iii sdn 015 tarakan., to find out the characteristic augmented reality (ar) based on. the research design of this research used research and deveploment (r&d) which had refered to model of sutopo (2003). this research had five steps; concept, design, material collecting, assembly and testing. this learning media had been validated by three experts, they are media expert, material expert, and practical expert. the experiment was done to find out the students responds. it had been held in sdn 015 tarakan at the which had 28 students. the result of this research showed that the characteristic augmented reality (ar) based on android system is an android application which has . the application is called ar animal. this product contains some texts and the 3d pictures which are integrated with the virtual to real world in real time. it was made manually by some software, which are; vuforia, unity3d engine, blender, adobe photoshop cs6 64bit.,android sdk. based on the result of the research, the media expert showed very good criteria which is 90,6%, the material expert showed very good criteria which is 96%, the practical expert (collected by using questionnaire) showed very good criteria which is 93,06% and the students’ responds (collected by using questionnaire) showed very good criteria which is 92,6%. it can be concluded that the using augmented reality (ar) technology based on android system in the learning media of sains subject is very good to be applied in the school. keywords: learning media, augmented reality, android, animal , reseach and development (r&d)
