Abstrak Indonesia

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh employee engagement (x1) terhadap kinerja karyawan (y), pengaruh kepuasan kerja (x2) terhadap kinerja karyawan (y) di pt.federal international finance (fif) cabang tarakan. populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 80 karyawan. metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling dengan menggunakan sampel acak sederhana atau disebut juga sampel jenuh, dalam penelitian ini jumlah indikator sebanyak 22 butir. jumlah sampel yang diambil adalah seluruh karyawan sebanyak 80 karyawan pt.federal international finance tarakan. data olah dengan menggunakan skala likert. metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif yaitu dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program spss versi 25. hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa employee engagement (x1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (y) pada pt.federal international finance tarakan. apabila rasa employee engagement yang dimiliki karyawan tinggi maka kinerja akan semakin baik. kepuasan kerja (x2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (y) pada pt.federal international finance tarakan. apabila insentif yang diberikan sesuai dengan hasil pencapaian maka kinerja karyawan akan baik. kata kunci: employee engagement, kepuasan kerja, kinerja karyawan

Abstrak Indonesia

The objective of the research was to determine the effect of employee engagement (x1) to the performance (y), and the work satisfaction (x2) to their performance (y) in pt. federal international finance (fif) of tarakan branch. the population of the research was 80 employees. the sampling was done through non-probability sampling by applying a simple random sampling, or saturated sampling. the samples were the whole employee in the office. the indicators were 22 items. the data were in the likert scale. the analysis was done quantitatively, employing a multiple linear regression. it was implemented using a computer application of spss ver. 25. the result show that the employee engagement has a positive significant effect on their performance. it means that their engagement as seen in their motivation, dedication, and care on their works, has brought a good performance. another finding is that their work satisfaction has a significant effect on their performance. it indicates that if the employee get a right bonus which fits to their performance, they will give an optimum performance keywords: employee engagement, work satisfaction, employee’s performance
