
Implementasi Metode Sustained Silent Reading Guna Mendukung Gerakan Literasi Sekolah Di SDN Utama 1 Tarakan

Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif. tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi metode sustained silent reading guna mendukung gerakan literasi sekolah di sdn utama 1 tarakan, baik itu pelaksanaan implementasi metode sustained silent reading serta dampak implementasi metode sustained silent reading di sdn utama 1 tarakan. pada penelitian ini data yang diperoleh didapatkan dari teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. hasil penelitian ini: (1) pelaksanaan implementasi metode sustained silent reading pada kegiatan membaca 15 menit di sdn utama 1 tarakan berjalan dengan semestinya pada hari-hari biasa dan pada masa pandemi covid-19 pelaksanaan implementasi metode sustained silent reading pada kegiatan membaca 15 menit dilaksanakan di rumah peserta didik masing-masing; (2) pelaksanaan implementasi metode sustained silent reading pada kegiatan membaca 15 menit di sdn utama 1 tarakan berdampak baik bagi sekolah, khususnya peserta didik. kata kunci: dampak, gerakan literasi sekolah, membaca 15 menit, metode sustained silent reading, pelaksanaan

The research used in this research is a type of qualitative research. the purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of the sustained silent reading method to support the school literacy movement at sdn utama 1 tarakan, both the implementation of the sustained silent reading method and the impact of the implementation of the sustained silent reading method at sdn utama 1 tarakan. in this study, the data obtained were obtained from data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation study. the results of this study: (1) implementation of the implementation of the sustained silent reading method in 15 minutes reading activities at sdn utama 1 tarakan was carried out properly on weekdays and during the covid-19 pandemic the implementation of the implementation of the sustained silent reading method in 15 minute reading activities was carried out at each student's house; (2) implementation of the implementation of the sustained silent reading method in the 15-minute reading activity at sdn utama 1 tarakan has a good impact on schools, especially students. keywords: impact, school literacy movement, 15 minute reading, sustained silent reading method, implementation
