Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh teknik kontrak perilaku terhadap perilaku tidak disiplin siswa di smp negeri 7 tarakan tahun pelajaran 2017/2018. penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian preeksperimental dengan bentuk desain penelitian one group pretest-posttest dan populasi sebanyak 106 siswa serta jumlah sampel dari hasil purposive sampling sebanyak 6 siswa dari kelas viii. instrument penelitian ini menggunakan angket dengan skala likert, terdapat 23 item yang valid dari 40 item sebelum di validasi. teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini, menggunakan teknik analisis statistic dan teknik analisis statistic inferensial dengan menggunakan uji wilcoxon dengan bantuan spss 23.0 for windows. berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh teknik kontrak perilaku terhadap perilaku tidak disiplin siswa dengan hasil indikator sebelum diberi teknik kontrak perilaku. rata-rata hasil pretest siswa sebesar 61,17 dan setelah diberi teknik kontrak perilaku yakni posttest, maka hasil rata-rata turun menjadi 41,17. sebelum dan setelah pemberian teknik kontrak perilaku, diperoleh hasil perhitungan uji hipotesis dngan pengambilan keputusan berdasarkan probabilitas diperoleh nilai asymp sig = 0.027 < ? = 0,05 yang berarti bahwa h0 ditolak. kata kunci: teknik kontrak perilaku, perilaku tidak disiplin

This purpose of this research is to determine the influence of behavior contract techniques on undisciplined behavior student’s at smp negeri 7 tarakan in year 2017/2018. the type of this research is pre-experimental design with one group pretest-posttest design and the population of 106 students with the sample of this research was 6 students. this research instrument used questionnaire with a likert scale, to 23 valid items from 40 items before validation. the data analyze technique of this research, using statistic descriptive analyze and the inferential statistic to test the hypotesis using wilcoxon by spss 23.0 for windows program. based on the result of the research it can be concluded that there is influence of behavior contract technique to behavior discipline students with indicator results before being given a behavior contract technique. the average pretest result of the students is 61,17 and after being given posttest contract behavior technique, the average result decreases to 41,17. before and after the giving of behavior contract technique, obtained the result of hypothesis test with decision-making based on the probability obtained by asymp value sig = 0.027 < ? = 0,05 which means that h0 is rejected. keywords: behavior contract techniques, undiciplined behavior
