Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh teknik self management terhadap kejenuhan belajar sswa kelas viii smp muhammadiyah 2 tarakan tahun pelajaran 2018/2019. jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pre-eksperimental design dengan bentuk one group pretest-posttest design. populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh siswa kelas viii smp muhammadiyah 2 tarakan tahun pelajaran 2018/2019 yang berjumlah 109 siswa. peneliti menggunakan skala kejenuhan belajar siswa dengan skala likert dan menggunakan purposive sampling untuk pengambilan sampel. jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 7 siswa. teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis deskriptif dan inferensial dengan uji wilcoxon menggunakan program spss 22.0 for windows. berdasarkan hasil penelitian sebelum dan sesudah pemberian perlakuan, diperoleh hasil perhitungan uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai asymp sig = 0,018 < a = 0,05 menunjukkan h0 ditolak maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh teknik self management terhadap kejenuhan belajar siswa di smp muhammadiyah 2 tarakan tahun pelajaran 2018/2019. kata kunci: teknik self management, kejenuhan belajar

The purpose of the research was to determine the effect of self management technique to the student study saturation at class viii in smp muhammadiyah 2 tarakan in 2018/2019 academic year. the research was a pre-experimental design which used one group pretest-posttest design. the population of the research was the students of class viii in smp muhammadiyah 2 tarakan in 2018/2019 academic year. the number of population was 109 students. the researcher used a scale of the students study saturation with likert scale and used purposive sampling to take the sample. the number of sample of the research was 7 students. the technique of analysis data un the research was descriptive and inferential analysis with wilcoxon test. it used spss 22.0 for windows. based on the result of the research before and after treatment, the result of the calculation hypothesis test that the value asymp sig = 0,018 < a = 0,05 h0 was rejected, it could be concluded that there was the influence of self management technique to the student at class viii smp muhammadiyah 2 tarakan 2018/2019 academic year. key words: self management technique, study saturation
