Glomerulonefritis akut adalah suatu terminologi umum yang menggambarkan adanya inflamasi pada glomerulus, ditandai oleh proliferasi sel–sel glomerulus akibat proses imunologi. salah satu bentuk glomerulonefritis akut (gna) yang banyak dijumpai pada anak adalah glomerulonefritis akut pasca streptokokus (gnaps). tujuan penulisan ini agar penulis memperoleh gambaran nyata mengenai pelaksanaan dan pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan komprehemsif pada an. r dengan penyakit glomerulonefritis akut pasca sterptokokus. metode penulisan adalah deskriptif, tipe studi kasus dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, pemeriksaan fisik dan studi dokumentasi serta studi kepustakaan. pemberi asuhan keperawatan menggunakan langkah-langkah proses keperawatan yang meliputi:pengkajian, diagnosis keperawatan, perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. diagnosis keperawatan yang di temukan adalah perfusi perifer tidak efektif, defisit nutrisi, dan defisit perawatan diri. intervensi yang telah dil akukan dan kreteria hasil yang telah disusun berdasarkan prioritas masalah. dari ketiga diagnosis tersebut masalah dapat teratasi dan belum teratasi. penulis telah memperoleh gambaran nyata mengenai pelaksanaan dan pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan secara komprehensif pada an. r dengan diagnosis glomerulonefritis akut pasca sterptokokus. kata kunci: glomerulonefritis akut pasca streptokokus, asuhan keperawatan anak

Acute glomerulonephritis is a general term that describes inflammation of the glomerulus, characterized by the proliferation of glomerular cells due to immunological processes. one form of acute glomerulonephritis (agn) that is often found in children is acute post- streptococcal glomerulonephritis (naps). the purpose of this paper was for the author to get a real picture of the implementation and documentationof comprehensive nursing care of child r with post-streptococcal acute glomerulonephritis.as part of a descriptive case study writing method, data was collected through interviews, observations physical examinations, documentation studies, and litelature research. the nursing care was delivered through the nursing process, which entailed the processes of assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. the nursing diagnoses found were ineffective peripheral perfusion, nutritional deficits, and self-care deficits. based on the most urgent problems, interventions were implemented, and outcome criteria were not resolved. the author obtained a real picture of the implementation and documentation of comprehensive nursing care in child r with a diagnosis of post-streptococcal acute glomerulonephritis. keywords: post-streptococcal acute glomerulonephritis, pediatric nursing care
