Inventarisasi Dan Identifikasi Hama Dan Penyakit Pada Perkebunan Di Wilayah Utara Kalimantan Timur

Abstrak Indonesia

Penelitian ini bertujuan; (1) melakukan inventarisasi hama dan penyakit tanaman perkebunan (kelapa sawit, kakao, dan kopi); (2) membandingkan jenis hama dan penyakit dari daerah budidaya tanaman perkebunan yang berbeda. lokasi penelitian di desa pulau sapi, desa teras, desa langap kabupaten malinau, desa matol kabupaten nunukan, desa kapuak kabupaten tana tidung, dan desa sp5 kabupaten bulungan. inventarisasi dengan metode swep net, hand collection, dan light trap. analisis deskriptif dilakukan untuk menggambarkan hasil inventarisasi. sedangkan, one-sample t test (uji t) dan indeks kesamaan sorrensen untuk mengamati perbedaan jenis hama dan gejala penyakit. hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 51 spesies (30 jenis hama, 10 jenis predator, dan 12 parasit). jenis hama pada tanaman kelapa sawit dan kopi serta kopi dan kakao memiliki kesamaan 50%. sedangkan, pada tanaman kelapa sawit dan kakao 40%. jenis hama berdasarkan pada lokasi menunjukkan desa matol dan kapuak, desa matol dan sp5 memiliki indeks kesamaan 50%, selain itu antar lokasi lainnya berkisar antara 10-40%. hasil analisis one-sample t test (uji t), dengan membandingkan jumlah jenis pada tiga tanaman perkebunan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan rerata jumlah hama pada tiga tanaman tersebut. untuk indeks kesamaan jenis penyakit (gejala) berdasarkan lokasi, menunjukkan bahwa desa matol dan sp5 memiliki kesamaan 70%, sedangkan desa matol dan sp5, desa kapuak dan desa matol 50%

This study was conducted; (1) inventory of pests and diseases crops plantation (oil palm, cocoa , and coffee); (2) comparing types of pests and diseases of crop plantation. studies conducted in pulau sapi, taras, langap in malinau district, matol village nunukan district, kapuak village tana tidung district, and sp5 village bulungan district. inventory method used sweep net, hand collection, yellow pan trap, light trap, pitfall trap and interviuw. descriptive analysis was performed to illustrate the results of the inventory, one - sample t test and similarity index sorrensen to observe differences in the type of pest and disease symptoms. the results showed there were 51 species (30 species of pests, 10 species of predators , parasites and 12). the results of the analysis based similarity index indicated that the type of pests on crops of oil palm and coffee as well as coffee and cocoa had 50%. meanwhile, the plant oil palm and cocoa 40%. based on the type of pest kapuak and matol, as well as the location sp5 and matol has a similarity index of 50%, the similarity of pests among other locations ranged between 10-40%. also based analyst one-sample t test (test t), by comparing the number of species in three plantation crops showed that there are differences in the mean number of pests in the three plants. for similarity index of diseases (symptoms) showed that the location of matol has a 70% similarity, whereas matol village and sp5, village and village kapuak matol and sp5 50%.
