Abstrak Indonesia

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran berupa animasi berbasis pendidikan karakter yang ditinjau dari validitas media, materi, dan praktisi serta mengetahui keefektifan siswa terhadap media pembelajaran animasi berbasis pendidikan karakter. penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan (research and development). prosedur penelitian dan pengembangan menggunakan model addie yang terdiri dari lima tahap yaitu, analysis, design, development, implementation dan evaluation. penilaian kelayakan media pembelajaran animasi berbasis pendidikan karakter terdiri dari ahli media, ahli materi, dan ahli praktisi. hasil validasi yang diperoleh dari ahli media sebesar 92%, ahli materi 86%, ahli praktisi 98% dari uji coba terbatas 96,6% dan uji coba lapangan 98,56%. hasil validasi ahli media, materi dan praktisi menunjukkan bahwa media animasi berbasis pendidikan karakter sangat layak digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran. hasil angket kefektifan pada uji coba terbatas dan uji coba lapangan menunjukkan bahwa tingkat keefektifan siswa terhadap media pembelajaran animasi berbasis pendidikan karakter berada pada kategori sangat efektif. kata kunci: penelitian dan pengembangan, media pembelajaran, animasi berbasis pendidikan karakter

This study aims to produce learning media in the form of animation based on character education in terms of the validity of the media, materials, and practitioners as well as to determine the effectiveness of students towards animation learning media based on character education. this research is a research and development (research and development). the research and development procedure uses the addie model which consists of five stages, namely, analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. assessment of learning media based on character education consists of media experts, material experts, and practitioner experts. the validation results obtained from media experts were 92%, material experts 86%, practitioner experts 98% from limited trials 96.6% and field trials 98.56%. the results of media validation, materials and practitioners show that character education- based animation media is very feasible to use in the learning process. the result s of the effectiveness questionnaire on limited trials and field trials showed that the level of effectiveness of students towards character education-based animation learning media was in the very effective category. keywords: research and development, learning media, animation based on character education
