
Komposis Hasil Tangkapan Alat Tangkap Tugu (Trap Net) Di Perairan Pantai Amal Pulau Tarakan

Tugu merupakan salah satu alat tangkap yang memiliki hasil tangkapan yang beranekaragaman, baik dari segi ukuran maupun spesies. banyaknya hasil tangkapan belum dewasa yang ikut tertangkap pada alat tangkap tugu dapat mempengaruhi ketersediaan sumberdaya dan berdampak pada stok ikan di perairan tersebut. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengelompokkan hasil tangkapan berdasarkan nilai ekonomisnya serta komposisi berdasarkan kelimpahan alat tangkap tugu (trap net), di perairan pantai amal pulau tarakan. penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan juli- agustus 2021. pengumpulan data dilakukan 4 kali selama 2 bulan, dimana tiap 2 minggu dilakukan 1 kali sampling selama pasang purnama, yang berlokasi di perairan pantai amal pulau tarakan. berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa hasil jenis tangkapan tugu di perairan pantai amal pulau tarakan diperoleh sebanyak 25 genus biota air yang tertangkap beberapa diantaranya yaitu, udang putih (litopenaeus), udang loreng (paneus), dan udang manthis (harpiosquilla). kelimpahan hasil tangkapan tugu didominasi oleh udang putih (paneus) sebesar 43,6%. komposisi jenis hasil tangkapan tugu yang sangat tinggi adalah tangkapan sampingan (hts) dengan presentase 46%, hasil tangkapan buangan (htb) 44% dan hasil tangkapan utama (htu) 10%. nilai ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil tangkapan utama udang putih yang merupakan target utama nelayan sangat rendah. kata kunci: keanekaragaman, selektif, udang putih

Tugu is one of the fishing gear that after the trip has a variety of catches, both in terms of size and species. the number of immature catches caught in tugu fishing gear can affect the availability of resources and have an impact on fish stocks in these waters. this study aims to classify catches based on their economic value and composition based on the abundance of tugu fishing gear (trap net), in the waters of amal beach, tarakan island. this research was conducted in july-august 2021. data collection was carried out 4 times for 2 months, where every 2 weeks a sampling was carried out 1 time during the full moon, which was located in the waters of amal beach, tarakan island. based on the results of the study, it was found that the results of the type of tugu catch in the waters of amal beach, tarakan island, obtained as many as 25 genera of aquatic biota that were caught, some of which were white shrimp (litopenaeus), striped shrimp (paneus), and manthis shrimp (harpiosquilla). the abundance of tugu catches was dominated by white shrimp (paneus) at 43.6%. the composition of tugu catch species which is very high is bycatch (bycatch) with a percentage of 46%, discarded catch (htb) 44% and main catch (htu) 10%. this value indicates that the main catch of white shrimp which is the main target of fishermen is very low. keywords: diversity, selective, white shrimp
